Discipline


Hey guys :)
After long time I got something to do for which I was waiting for.
So I observed that if any thing we do for 21 days with continuity will become a habit. So start doing good thing for just 21 days, you will pass the test of discipline. You can decide which good things that you want to be with you for long time. Lets' say you want to have habit of wake up early in the morning and go for walk, just do it for 21 days with discipline. And after 21 days if you missed any of the day then you will feel like you have not done something good or for that day you will feel like i am missing something. So lets start with good things and accept challenges.
