Be Vegetarian







Why to be vegetarian?


  • Medical studies prove that a vegetarian diet is easier to digest, provides a wider range of nutrients and imposes fewer burdens and impurities on body

  • Spiritual reason: Food is the source of the body's chemistry, and what we ingest affects our consciousnes, emotions and experiential patters.

  • Vegetarian foods tend to cost less than meat based items

  • Hearth disease: Meat eating increases the risk of heart disease.

  • Water conservation: It takes 3 to 15 times as much water to produce animal protein as it does plant protein.

  • Hight fat plus cholesterol: Animal foods are higher in fat than most plant foods. Plant do not contain cholesterol.
